Chiba Prefecture issued a food poisoning alert on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 ( ).
This is the season when temperatures and sea water temperatures are high, bacteria become more active, and food poisoning caused by bacteria is more likely to occur.
The three principles of food poisoning prevention are: "Do not allow bacteria to grow," "Do not allow bacteria to increase," and "Eliminate bacteria.
Prevent food poisoning by washing hands before cooking, not leaving food at room temperature for long periods of time before or after cooking, heating food thoroughly to the center ( 75°C for 1 minute or more ) and disinfecting utensils used to cook raw foods such as meat ・ and fish with boiling water each time they are used.
